✧ All gems are guaranteed for 30 days. They can be replaced if they fall out prior to the 30 days only once in this window. Up to the discretion of the shop & not guaranteed replacement.

✧ All Gems must be removed by a dental professional per state law, TDH does not offer removal of gems. 

✧ YES you can get a tooth gem if you have Veneers. 

✧ YES you can get a tooth gem is you have open reface Retainers.**Please be sure to email prior to let Jenna know and plan your service accordingly.
